Se siete amanti della natura e amate uno stile di vita un po’ più bucolico rispetto al crazy lifestyle di Miami Beach, Berry Farm è il posto che fa per voi. A soli 45 minuti dalle spiagge affollate e dai club alla moda, troverete un’oasi di pace, un luogo davvero magico; ideale per una gita fuori porta con la famiglia o con un paio di amici “green” come voi!
Vicino a Palmetto Bay, nella parte più sud della Florida, troverete questa Farm, in pieno stile countryside: girasoli, fragole, balle di fieno, trattori e tantissimi fiori colorati! Una vera e propria ventata di freschezza! ( che a Miami, diciamocelo, non guasta mai 😂)!
Immaginatevi di poter fare una corsa in mezzo ai campi di girasoli che si stagliano verso il cielo blu, o di raccogliere gustose fragole passeggiando in mezzo al verde e poi, di accomodarvi all’ombra per gustarvi il risultato del vostro raccolto… non sarebbe meraviglioso?
Per me assolutamente si!
Se invece l’idea di “guadagnarvi” con la fatica e il sudore il vostro invitante bottino non fa per voi, la farm possiede un piccolo market dove acquistare frutta e verdura a km zero e anche un piccolo bar ristoro dove assaporare i migliori frullati di fragola, smoothies , torte, avocado toast e tante altre gustose prelibatezze, per tutti i gusti e tutte rigorosamente organic & super fresh!
Non siete in zona? Ma avete voglia di assaggiare frutta e verdura organica? Non vi preoccupate, i loro food trucks, sono presenti in location differenti!
Questa azienda produce prodotti genuini e organici da quasi 60 anni per l’intera comunità del sud della Florida e negli ultimi anni, oltre ai punti di vendita con i food trucks, hanno aggiunto anche alcuni eventi super GREEN, come l’Harvest Festival ad ottobre, Christmas Festival a dicembre, e poi, al culmine della stagione delle fragole, lo Strawberry Festival.
La farm chiude da giugno ad agosto per l’offseason e riapre a settembre!

Near Palmetto Bay, in the southernmost part of Florida, you will find this Farm, in full countryside style: sunflowers, strawberries, hay bales, tractors and lots of colorful flowers! A real breath of fresh air!
If the idea of “earning” with hard work and sweat your inviting booty is not for you, the farm has a small market where you can buy organic fruits and vegetables and also a small bar where you can taste the best strawberry smoothies, cakes, avocado toast and many other tasty delicacies, for all tastes and all strictly super fresh! You are not in the area? But you want to taste organic fruits and vegetables? Don’t worry, their food trucks are present in different locations!
This farm has been producing wholesome, organic produce for almost 60 years for the entire South Florida community and in recent years, in addition to the food truck locations, they have also added some super GREEN events, such as the Harvest Festival in October, Christmas Festival in December, and then, at the height of strawberry season, the Strawberry Festival.
The farm closes June through August for the offseason and reopens in September.
